Pythagoras Engineering provides fully turnkey MGPS delivery: site survey and load assessment, system design to NFPA 99 or HTM 02-01 standard, equipment specification and bill-of-quantities, copper pipeline supply and fabrication, installation and pressure testing, zone valve and alarm panel commissioning, and formal verification and handover documentation. Our MGPS capability covers the full spectrum of clinical gases: Oxygen (O₂) :piped from PSA generators, liquid VIE tanks, or high-pressure cylinder manifolds; Medical Air (MA): oil-free duplex/triplex compressor stations with dryers and filters; Nitrous Oxide (N₂O): cylinder manifolds with automatic changeover; Surgical Vacuum (VAC): duplex/triplex pump sets; AGSS/WAGD: anaesthetic gas scavenging systems compliant with SHTM and NFPA; Carbon Dioxide (CO₂): for endoscopy and laparoscopy suites; and Surgical Air (SA7) for surgical tools. Every gas zone is served by clearly labelled zone valve boxes, area alarm panels, and master/local alarm displays for nursing stations and engineering offices.
